work trips suck

i'm out in Cali for work for the week (got in Sunday evening) and this trip has been hard. B is at an age where he definitely knows i'm gone (apparently he's been walking around the house going "momma?"). we did FaceTime on the iphones last night and he had a meltdown after i hung up. i miss his little face!

i get some Saturday and it cant come soon enough. everytime i'm out here i forget how BORING it is to sit in an office all day...even when you're busy. it's exhausting bc it's so boring. i worked 13 hours yesterday and have to be up so early..ugh!

ugh. i actually didnt mind being at work when i was traveling because it was better than the depressing hotel room. i am sure you miss your little boy! i will pray that the time goes fast.

I used to travel all the time for work and I didn't mind it, but I went two or three days at a time. Never anything long.

I think when if I had kids it would be totally different though. I'm sure you miss your little man!!

yeah...i think if i was single or the places I was visiting were excited, that i'd be all over travelling for work. but once you have kids, it's REALLY hard.

sorry you're missing your family.....is the weather at least nice in cali?  I've never been - but you have to work anyway.  Sorry, lady....but on the brite side, you're getting closer to being home all the time!!!
