Input needed on 9th birthday party food please.

My son's 9th birthday party is Ma 28th at our house. There will be about 20 kids, ages 1 to 12 there, plus random family members and parents, probably about 40 people total. Time is 2:00-4:00, so between meals. We've rented a big inflatable water slide and also have a wading pool for the smaller kids. We are going to set up a sprinkler as well and maybe a few little games.

I am planning on serving cake, ice cream with cones, regular and tortilla chips, French onion and cheese dips, some cut-up fruit with dip (like strawberries, grapes, pineapples) and maybe finger sandwiches, such as pb&j and ham & cheese. Drinks will be canned soft drinks, bottled water, and Capri Sun or the like. Is this enough food? I added the finger sandwiches because they always seem to go over well at parties and I thought with the kids playing in water they might get hungry towards the later part of the party. I am also planning on setting up a candy table with plastic beach buckets filled with different candies for them to take home in brown paper lunch bags.

Whatcha think?
