We have a house that MH had purchaed before we were married. This house is located near Fayetteville and was purchased for use by his mother. Basically she pays us rent which covers the mortgage payment. She now wants to move closer to us. We would love to just sell the house but as everyone knows, it's not a buyer's market right now.
We are looking into possibly renting the property. We are six hours away from this property and that is a huge concern for me. We are starting to look at property management companies and I was wondering if anyone could help me with a list of questions to ask or things to look out for. What is a reasonable fee for this type of service? Do you have any recommendations for companies to use in the Fayetteville area?
