I want to make your Bucatini all'Amatriciana on Sunday night when we have my in-laws over for dinner! We were already planning on meatballs too; do you think it would be okay to serve them with pasta done this way?
Yum, yum, yum. I've always wanted to try this recipe. Oddly, I have never ever bought pancetta before.

amatriciana is awesome with meatballs! i almost never make regular sauce anymore because we like this sauce best.

uh oh! i hope it's just a phase for him! i was so picky as a kid, it was terrible. it really wasn't until i traveled abroad in college that i finally learned to try (and a lot of times like) new foods. and once i met DH and then had you girls for great recipes and cooking advice, my palate expanded a lot more. i'm still picky but i'll try new things.
oh, amatriciana is also really good with your lasagna toss up. i was just thinking it has been too long since i've made that!
