Really?  We are GROWN women here, if you need to call someone out or have a complaint about someone say it with your real name. Seriously, that was totally ridiculous to call Dani out like that. It's obviously a regular who posted that as well, since you know what Dani has posted, I didn't think we had anyone that immature here.

I thought the AE was a stupid idea from the start, but now it's just the stupidest idea ever. Say what you want under your freaking name.

Dani, feel free to post whatever you want to post here, it's a message board, whether she wants to shoot the sh!t with us, complain to us, yell at us, whatever the heck she wants to do, she should be able too and not be called out, by some mystery person, ok vent over!

I seriously don't see where Dani was EVER called out aside from the mystery email talking about her complaining. Other than that.... NO ONE was ever called out. Everyone is going insane over a FFFC talking about pregnant women who complain about gaining weight... and all of the sudden, it turned in to people feeling attacked about issues with their weight all the way back to high school, etc.

I agree with Lindsay here. It is a flame free confession and no one was called out or even hinted at. Weight is just a sensitive topic to everyone.

I liked the AE idea for the getting out deep dark secrets options! We haven't done that yet, just this kind of stuff.

It wasn't that she was directly called out, but it felt that way to Dani because Tania has mentioned this numerous times in the past and specifically when Dani was complaining. It is very hard for a bunch of hormonal pregnant women not to feel attacked and hurt by those things. I purposely don't post much because I don't want my complaining to hurt anyone's feelings, which sucks.

I couldn't agree more with what has been posted here.  If we can't vent here where can we vent.  And honestly most of my posts are complaints too-honestly there isn't much good going on in my life right now, so I'm going to complain a lot.  So if you call our Dani then you have to call out me, and I'm pretty sure we all complain a lot.  But that is what we are here for each other for.  To talk about the good stuff, but also to vent about our husbands, IL's, our own parents the weather, our bodies, politics, the news, whatever. 

And it is $hitty to hide behind an AE.

Good grief, people. I think we can all agree that none of us should post things like this from an AE, but the bottom line here is that this is just stupidly out of hand. I don't get how people get their feelings hurt so easily.

hormones and lifetimes worth of insecurities. I have pretty thick skin, so I'm more annoyed than hurt.

I guess that's where differences in personalities come in to play. I can understand getting one's feelings hurt when one is directly attacked, but I never saw that happen here. That's what's throwing me off, I guess. I feel like everyone's against each other for no reason - I truly believe that no one had intentions of stepping on anyone's toes (except for the AE, but as far as I'm concerned, if I don't know WHO is talking bad about me... I'm definitely not going to let it bother me.)

I can't quote b/c I'm on my phone but I agree with Aleesh. Yes hormones and definitely insecurities will make one's feelings get hurt easily. I'm extremely sensitive so I could see myself reacting similarly to Dani if I felt something was directed at me.

I truly can't believe that NO one would be not hurt by what the AE said to them. You would care, there's no doubt in my mind that no one would care.

I'm really not sure what's going on but WTF. What is the point of arguing with each other. Agree to disagree and move on... or go have a drink... or if you can't drink, then pretend you are.

Am I wrong?  Isn't this the second time someone used the AE to call someone out on?  Wasn't the whole godparent thing with an AE too?  Not to add fuel to the fire, but I was thinking of that on my drive home.

I'm not really sure whether Tania was intentially calling Dani out or not. However, the AE was and that's bull. Grow a pair. Ditto for the godparent AE.

Now that I'm sure I've pissed both "sides" off - LOVE YOU!

Just seeing all this for the first time today, and yes, my first thought when I saw this thread (I've not read the FFFC post yet) was, "Hey, I dealt with the whole AE/Mystery person when she decided I insulted all mothers and mothers-to-be over the godparent issue... ", so, glad to see someone else remembered it as I did.

 Ultimately, I feel like the AE can be used for a confession of personal issues they may want to remain anonymous, but should be used to ghost attack others.  But that's just my two cents.
