polaroid zink printer paper acid free?
I've searched and googled but nothing I find has any acid info. I'm thinking that it must not be acid free. This would be a fun and relatively inexpensive way to do a daily scrapbook. Does anyone have a printer or know about the acid status?

Re: polaroid zink printer paper acid free?
I was just browsing this board for the first time in months & saw your post. Anyway, I am an archivist and I am almost certain that it is not, at least not according to archival/museum standards. You could call Polaroid & ask them but I'm not sure some random customer service rep will even understand the question/concern. The instant developing type of Polaroids aren't as stable as other types of photographs, plus the adhesive probably isn't acid free. Still, it sounds like a cool idea!
You can use this pen to test paper, etc. The ink changes color based on the pH of the product.

These are good resources for photo conservation. If nothing else they can give you some good ideas for caring for your scrapbook.
