Let's try again shall we???

Sorry about my previous post. I was trying to post from my iPhone and it BLOWS!!!

Anyways, does anyone know Dr. Gibson? Gone to her? Heard of her?

William has his ear infection AGAIN! We are on our 6th antibiotic. Our pedi is basically trying everything they can and has now said it is time. My poor guy has been sick for a solid 6 months. No break, no nothing. To the point where there was so much shmeg in his ears it adheared to his ear drums and every time he cried, swallowed, talked or moved his head his ear canal would move in turn ripping the crap off his ear drum and causing it to bleed. OVER AND OVER AND OVER again! MY BABY'S EARS WERE LITERALLY BLEEDING!!!

W T F???

Ok sorry, frustrated vent over. Back to original question...

Anyone heard of Dr Gibson the pediatric ENT Specialist?

Re: Let's try again shall we???

  • Oh and I deleted my previous post since it was just a subject and nothing else. :( Damn phone!

  • We go to Dr. McRae who I believe is in Gibson's office and we've been very happy with them. Hope it gets better soon!!
  • I have no experience with the doctor, but I wanted to say I am SO SORRY that your little guy is going through this!! :(:( That is so horrible. I really hope that they can help him and he is feeling better soon!!

  • We go to Dr. McRae too like Becky, same office. They are a good group.  My son was in a similar situation as yours.  7 ear infections his 1st year, then we did tubes when he was 12 months.  So far, it has been much better with the tubes.  He had 1 ear infection just this past month. (yes you can still get them with tubes) But - the advantage is that you can just treat them with ear drops rather than an oral antibiotic which is much better for the child. Good luck!
  • I don't have any info, but wanted to say I hope yo uget some help.  Poor little guy...that is horrible.
