Hi all!
It's been a while, so I'm just checking in! My students took their AP exam 1 1/2 weeks ago and my stress level has dropped significantly! Now I am planning for how I will do things differently next year, although my team leader is very controlling and expects us all to be teaching the same thing on the same day, giving the same exact assignments with the same # of points. Being lock step is too much of a headache for me and I have not been able to personalize the course in a way that is comfortable for me, so I need to have a conversation with her soon about breaking off and doing my own thing. I have already planned happy hour afterschool on the day I have that conversation. Wish me luck! 
I'm going back and participating in some of the polls now! I hope the board doesn't slow down over the summer... I plan on being on much more now!

I'm glad to hear some of your stress is gone...and hopefully you're able to adjust your teaching plans to a way that work for you and what they expect of the teachers.
I hope you're around more this summer too!
