TTC since 1/2010 - Dx with Stage IV Endo
11/10 - 100mg Clomid + trigger + IUI + Estradiol + Progesterone = BFN
12/10 - Unmedicated cycle due to RE not doing treatments in December = BFN
1/11 - 100mg Clomid + trigger + IUI + Estradiol + Progesterone = BFN
2/11 - Same sh!t, different month = IUI cancelled due to no response = BFN
IVF #1 - Start stims (Follistim) 5/10, add in Ganirelix 5/14
ER 5/21 - 13 retrieved, 7 mature, 5 fertilized; ET 5/26 - transferred one perfect 1AA blast. 3 snowbabies.
Beta 6/3 - 15.8; Beta 6/7 - 21.8; Beta 6/10 - 7
FET - Transferred 1 AA blast 7/11. Beta 7/20 - 311! Beta 7/22 - 784!! First u/s 8/10

Fert report after ER yesterday
They got 13 eggs at my ER yesterday. The clinic just called to let me know that out of the 13 eggs, 7 were mature, and 5 fertilized. They are going to call me back tomorrow to let me know how they're growing. My RE always does a 5dt, so we'll be going back on Thursday for the ET.

Summer - 5dt means 5 day transfer. Some Drs. do a 3 day, some do 5. A 5 would allow for the fertilized embies to develop more before they put them back in!

Thanks everybody! Sorry I P&R, we lost power last night and it didn't come back on until this evening.
Summer, my RE always does a 5 day transfer. I don't know why, just that that is what he does. He'll also only transfer no more than 2. We have to talk to him and find out the quality of our embryos before we make the decision over how many to transfer. I told Drew tonight that, based on everything that I've had to go through so far for the IVF, I would rather have twins than not have it work at all. He's terrified of twins. So, I guess that right now, we're just going to have to see what the RE says and take it from there.
