AW: Eagle Scouts!

My cousin Greg was one of 11 scouts to be promoted to the rank of Eagle last weekend. We are so very proud of him, and all the scouts.

If the picture shows up, my cousin is the one all the way on the left.

There is an article in the Valley Breeze about their historic event -- http://breezepapers.com/2011/05/18/observer/flock-of-greenville-eagles-take-flight-includes-no-10000

One of the 11 scouts was not able to participate in the ceremony, as he's now away at college and that was right in the middle of his exams. My cousin was one of only two sophomores to get Eagle (all the work/requirements have to be completed before the scout turns 18, and most achieve this as seniors).

My brother made Eagle Scout too many years ago, so I know what a huge accomplishment it is.  Congratulations to your cousin!  That is amazing and something to be proud of!
