What bags do you use for produce when you go to the grocery? I'm thinking about buying
these ones, but don't know if the price is worth it. Where do you find cheap mesh bags locally?
Re: reusable produce bags
I have those same bags, and I really like them. We got them for a wedding gift, so I didn't really think about the "are they worth it" perspective. I don't think the price is too bad, though.
Have you looked on Etsy? I think the majority of posts I've seen on this have recommended Etsy sellers.
I really like the ones I have from Peddler's Wagon. The mesh ones don't fold together well IMHO. I also feel more comfortable washing these.
I bought both my produce bags and sandwich/snack bags from Love For Earth on Etsy.

I don't use bags for most produce, and when i buy loose greens i just keep reusing the same plastic bag... so i'm here for recommendations, as well.
ETA: I've been eyeing these, which have good reviews http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001ORXXCK/ref=ox_sc_sfl_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=A332BA2KTLWVYI, but it's hard for me to buy something like this without touching them first. Everything available locally is really expensive and my sewing machine is broken, so i keep shopping...

Just make sure you can see through them so either yourself or the scanner knows what is inside.
I bought some bags that aren't really that see-through. I end up not using them at all cause it's just kind of a hassle . Instead, I tend to just not use bags at all except for leafy greens and herbs.
ETA: the ones in your link look really nice. I might get those myself.

I just bought them on Amazon since I had a gift certificate. But no free shipping for me.
