Visiting Boston--please suggest.....

Somewhere to eat/an activity super near the airport. We will arrive at 4pm on a weekday (not great planning I know, but the best we could do)

We have to travel to Plymouth that night and know that traffic out of boston will be a nightmare. We will be renting a car where we can store luggage.

Can you suggest somewhere to eat/something to do that is very close to the airport? Our thought would be we would then head to Plymouth after 7 or 8pm.

There is a mexican joint called Angela's in East Boston. Check that out and see if it appeals to you!

There is a Legals Seafood Bar (but they have a big menu) outside of security in one of the terminals at Logan, I think B? We ate there when we were flying home from a trip at rush hour and wanted food before we got on the road (and sat in traffic).

Reno's in East Boston is AWESOME.  It is sort of a hole in the wall kind of place, with amazing authentic Italian.  Santarpios in East Boston (another hole in the wall) has fabulous pizza.  The menu is limited (pizza and grill), but it is really good.  La Siesta in Winthrop is delicious Mexican food.

Oh yeah, the E terminal has a lot of food. I run over there if I have enough time before take off and get Qdoba.

I mean, it's all fast food, but there are a lot of options!

We love Kelley's Square Pub in East Boston on Bennington St, here is a link to their website. The Shrimp Scampi Pizza is to die for.
