disappointed in Nell's

The last time I did the KL rentals I was able to send them back once I received my next stash.  I can't remember if I got the stash discounted or if I got a refund (for the store credit you get with the rental), but I know I got my new diapers before I returned the others, so that I didn't have a gap in my stash.  Yesterday I emailed Nell's to find out if my order would be discounted or refunded, and was told that I would receive a gift certificate for the store credit once the diapers were received.  When I told them about my disappointment, they cited abuse of the system by other customers in the past.  I can't understand how this is a problem if they just process a refund when/if they receive the returned rental diapers in proper shape.

I think I may forgo the extra $10 credit and just get a cash refund.  I'll get my new diapers from the DiaperLab and keep my money local.

Yeah, in the beginning I loved Nell's customer service. She rushed my diapers to me since DD came unexpected and didn't charge me extra or anything. Then , when it took her over 2 months to reimburse my deposit I was kind of annoyed. She was like, "whatever.." haven't bought anything from her since..But, I loved the trial!

I quit Nell's because I was really disappointed in their rewards services. I registered there and when people bought me stuff off my registry I didn't get any points. They only give points to the person actually purchasing. I thought that was stupid, since I am making it so they get business. I wish I would have registered somewhere else. It was very difficult for people to get to my registry too, I was back and forth with customer service a gazillion times.
