i'm watching the last few Oprah's. I'm even recording today in case the kids wake up.

I'm the same way -- I've never really watched Oprah except for an episode here and there over the years, but I'm curious about the last episodes for some reason. She's been on TV since I was 11, so it's the end of an era.

Okay, Owen woke up so I had to turn today's episode off when Beyonce came on. Just watching it now and the library thing and the tree thing are getting me all choked up. Can you imagine being one person who inspired so many good works?
I'm normally still at work when Oprah is on, so I haven't watched in years, but MIL is up from Florida to meet DS, and she's a daytime TV junkie. I watched most of today's episode with her.
Agreed: Tom Cruise is a tool - could he have made it anymore obvious that he was reading his "lines" from a teleprompter? Wow, his sentiments came across so genuine... I've never been a fan of his, and now I don't feel weird about it. I was just ahead the curve.
