How many pills do you take per day? I feel like I'm constantly popin' pills, especially in the morning. Every morning I take a prenatal vitamin, a B12 vitamin, and 2 herbal pills that are supposed to help regulate my cycles. So I take 4 pills every morning and then occasionally take 2 melatonins (natural sleep aid) at night. I also take headache/painkiller pills when I get migraines. So l'd say on average, I probably take 4-6 pills a day which to me seems like a lot. I guess since most of them are natural/good for you type pills, it isn't too terribly bad though.
So how about you? Do you find yourself popin' pills often or do you try to stay away from them?

Re: Pills pills pills
I don't like to take pills unless I have to. My allergies make it so I have to right now. I used to take BC, a vitamin, & zyrtec. I stopped BC last Saturday, so now it is just my vitamin and zyrtec. God Bless zyrtec though, I wanted to scratch my eyeballs out of my head before I started on it again this spring.
I take 2 chewy vitamines everyday, and twice a week a take an iron pill.
That's about it. If I get a headache I try and hold off taking anything unless its a migraine.
I take my prenatal with lunch, but that's it on a regular basis.
I take Midol once a month. I try not to take any other pain relievers unless I absolutely have to.
Missing our little turkey.

Getting fit for IVF!
I take my prenatal vitamin and DHA supplement every night. For the past week, I've also been taking medicine to control my contractions.
On a regular day, I don't really take medication for headaches or anything like that...it doesn't make them go away or anything.
Before I got pregnant, I took a prescription medicine for acid reflux, but since I've been pregnant, I've just been dealing with it, rather than taking something that could increase his chance of asthma...or whatever else.
So, really, for the past eight months, it's just been two pills a day...and both good for you pills.

I try to take a vitamin every morning, but typically I only do it about 4 or 5 times a week.
I take BC with dinner every night.
Otherwise, I don't take an pills, unless I have a killer hangover, which isn't often.

I take my birth control pills nightly, and a pre-natal vitamin (finishing off a bottle of Nioxin which is actually from my hair salon and is great for hair/nails, but it has all the same ingredients as pre-natals).
I'm prone to UTI's so I take cranberry capsules when I think I might get lucky.
And I take Advil if I have a headache. I've learned that if I don't take it the headache WILL last overnight. It doesn't matter how much water I drink or sleeping - it's still at the same intensity 12-16 hours later.
I take 5-6.
- Prenatal
- DHA
- Folic Acid (have to take extra b/c of my other meds)
- Flexeril (to help me sleep)
- Wellbutrin (so I'm not sad)
- Prevacid (which I take in the morning, and the others all at night, so 9 times out of 10 I forget to take it)
Daily:
-PNV DHA
-Gummi Vites Multi-vitamins
As Needed:
-Ibruprofen
-Imitrex (Migraines)
-Pepto (I only take the pill form, liquid=ughhh)
