my update/plan
Well since it seems Sarah B and are on the same wavelength, here is our plan:
Went in for CD3/4 monitoring yesterday and apparently there is a follicle measuring at a decent rate. So the NP put me on a unique mixture meds this cycle.
Clomid for 5 days (started yesterday)-100 mg
On 5/28 & 5/29-do 150 iui of Menopur injects
On 5/30 75 iui of injects
5/31 monitor appt with possibility of doing the HcG trigger that night with the iui possiby scheduled for 6/1.
She wants me to take some ovulation tests in the event I do O on my own this weekend. IF I do, then the IUI that tuesday morning.
I think this is our hail mary IUI. If this cycle is a bust, we move on to IVF. EEK!

are you not going for monitoring before/during the menopur?
I think we had the most cautious RE in the world.
i hope this works for you!!!
Since I was on it the last time, she felt it was not necessary to be monitored this time around. However, if she thinks I am experiencing OHSS (ovary hyperstimulated syndrome) once I take the menopur, to call the RE pronto to readjust our plan.

really? i thought this only happenned after trigger...(not that I'm a medical professional, but the time C had a mild case it was the week after)
