Thank you for the kind words girls. I know a lot of you have young children like me, and I am totally unwilling to spend time away from them to go to the gym. Some of you may remember me posting about Time Warner On Demand a few months ago but here was my plan:
I get up at 5:30 a.m. every day. I turn on my tv, get to Time Warner On Demand. Scroll down to Fitness, then to Excercise TV. There are tons of workouts on there. Biggest Loser, cardio, abs, etc. I did go to the gym occasionally on lunch, too, and of course I watched what I ate (most of the time) doing the Weight Watchers Points System.

Level 2 is psycho-I can't do the plank position to save my life. I ordered the DVD from Amazon with all 3 workouts - it was only like $10.
I did level one religiously for the 10 days and saw great results - then I got lazy. I think perhaps you have inspired me to give it another go tonight.
