another interesting baby name!
"malibu taylor". i heard this on pregnant in heels. i honestly thought they were saying something about the baby living in malibu. almost like malibu barbie. then i realized no, malibu is the name. and it's a girl's name. soooo... what do you think? by the way this couple is from NY. is this like west coasters naming their babies bronx and brooklyn?
Me:39 Dx LPD, Fibroid, AMA and all that goes with that. H:37 Dx low motility and low morphology. TTC since 3/12. Clomid 8/12 and 9/12: BFN. 11/12 on a break for Myomectomy sched. 11/26. Resume TTC early 2013.
Re: another interesting baby name!
it's okay, i guess....i think i'd like it better if there was no such thing as "malibu barbie". You're right, that's what pop's into my head right away. Like they feel their child is perfect - "like a barbie" - blue eyed, blonde & tan....(well tan when she's older of course).
Did they give a reason for that name? Like the baby was conceived in malibu or anything? otherwise that's kinda an out of the blue name to me.....

My Bio
Definitely could be a clue on how this kid was conceived...
Defininitely not as bad as the others. I think it's because Taylor "normals" it up.
If it was Malibu Butterfly or something it would sound must worse. I think if I name my child mailbu I'd call it "boo".
Are they going to say the full name or Taylor is strictly a middle name? I personally don't care for the name but I agree if said like Malibu Taylor it's a little easier to deal with.
I agree I totally think of Malibu Rum and I bet this child will end up going by Taylor
Also as far as the the whole Brooklyn, and Bronx thing. Brooklyn doesn't bother me because its two names combined. Bronx is just NMS.
