As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Vent: Why does my husband not listen to me!
DH has been feeling really tired and worn down lately. Plus he has been having dizzy spells and has had to leave work a couple times because he felt so weak, including last night. I told him he is probably dehydrated, all he ever drinks is diet soda. Plus we had a bbq this weekend and he drank a lot of alcohol. I asked him when he last drank some water and he said he had a sip a couple days ago to swallow some pills. I've been telling him he is dehydrated for months. Guess who is at urgent care right now getting a bolus of IV fluids?? You would think since I am a nurse he would listen to me! Maybe now he will... What a dork.

Why does he not listen? Because he's a man
My husband has been having issues (we won't go there) for the past few months. I've told him to go see a doctor this whole time, but he said he's fine. Finally, last week, he consented that he should go see a doctor. Of course, it's 2 weeks before he can get in and he's dying now. Serves him right, huh?
