When I think of Oprah, I think of being really young and bored out of my mind at my babysitter's house while she watched her Soaps and then Oprah. So, no... not interested at all.

I am very neutral about Oprah. I don't like her, I don't dislike her. I have no feelings about her at all. So, no, I don't care that her show is ending.

I picture this when I think of Oprah's show.  haha  She's come a long way, she's done some amazing things, she's obviously very charitable which I applaud and admire.  I've never been a big follower.  I have watched a couple of times in the past few years when she's had someone on I want to watch, just like I do any other talk show.  As far as the show ending, I'm indifferent.

My DH unfortunately had it on in our office and I about tore my ears off. It was like a damn church service and a funeral combined. She's not freaking DYING. Jeebus. It's just a SHOW.

LOL! No, it's because she used to feel so genuine and relate-able and then every single show she managed to turn someone elses' story into something about her. Every show was about someone famous that she was best friends with or a traumatic event that had occurred so that she could talk about her own enlightenment. I can't really explain it, but she no longer felt genuine. I still respect her for all she's done, I just think it all went to her head.

That & how when a celebrity fuucks up, they go on Oprah, cry & she grants them forgiveness from the entire nation. I like to form my own opinion on things, not have a ridiculously rich woman decide for me.

Her charitable efforts are definitely commendable & I don't dislike her as a person. I just really never gave a rat's ass about her show. It's never done anything for me.
