I was picked to be a bridsmaid and the bride wanted me to get my dress 5months early even though I told her I was planning on loosing weight and wasn't comfortable getting it yet. Well the dress came in two weeks later (in Jan) and now the wedding is about a month away and is way too big. Any recs on where to have it altered? I don't mean to sound snarky I just paid $200 for something that dosn't fit and now have to get it altered : ( and I want to keep it low as possible but not sacrifice quality.
Re: alteration recs?
janet kirkman, she is awesome, but you need to tell her what your budget is up front.
She is great though, she did an awesome job on the redesign of my dress.
