Anything special planned for the long weekend?
Well we have literally had rain every day since Tuesday. The forecast said it was supposed to be nice out this weekend and now, guess what? Rain! Un effing believable!
We're hosting a cookout Saturday, hoping to chill outside on Sunday and I'm taking my cousin to the Tigers game Monday. Hopefully none of it gets rained out...

I am super jealous of your cookout Cindy! I have been craving some grilled burgers soooo bad. We don't have too much special planned this weekend, turns out we have to watch H's little sister because she refuses to go camping with her family so she has to stay in the room where the nursery will be so I can't start decorating it like I wanted to
We are taking advantage of the memorial day sales though and we are going to Lowe's to pick up the paint for the nursery and run a couple errands. Other than that I think it is going to be a pretty laid back weekend.
Hoping to plant some flowers and plant my herb garden!!
Sunday we are going to a BBQ at a friends house and I've got my ice cream maker ready to go for the first batch of the summer!
Other then that it will be pretty low key.
Saturday H and I are both getting a haircut. Sometime that afternoon/evening/night we have to pick up BIL & his GF and their friends from the airport since their car is at our place right now.
Sunday--church and a quick trip to Sam's Club.
Monday--having a few friends over for BBQ.
You're a better woman than me - I'd be moving her behind to the couch so I could keep on track with my plans.

We head out tonight to go up to my grandparents' house for the weekend. Chelsy was supposed to go with us, but flaked out (at 11:30 pm last night...not too happy at the moment w/ her), so it will just be Jeff and I, which is fine with me. We are going to stop at a steak house that is a little over an hour from us that is on the way that we never get to go to. They have the BEST food, so I'm super excited!!!
Tomorrow I go to WICKED!!! This will be my second time seeing it. So pumped!!! I am going with my sister and either her friend (since Chels was supposed to go) or...get this...JEFF SAID THAT IF JEN'S FRIEND CAN'T GO THAT HE WILL!!!!!! You don't understand, I have wanted him to see a show with me for SO long, and he is just not that into it at all. So, I'm secretly hoping Jen's friend can't go so Jeff will. : )
--Side Bar: I'm trying so hard to focus on typing this, but I keep finding myself jamming out to my new digital Lady Gaga album!!!--
The rest of the weekend will will just be chilling with my family. Might hit up a college baseball game with Jeff that my grandpa has tickets to, we are getting our kitchen furniture (finally) from my uncle (my grandma's table & chairs that can extend to like 12 people, china hutch and buffet...I'm so excited), so we have to haul that back and return the U-Haul sometime Monday.

Yay for a long weekend! I am off from work today. I have my embryo transfer this afternoon and then will be on bed rest for the rest of the day. Tomorrow I want to take it easy during the day but it's going to be hard to resist this great weather, so we may go for a walk or something. We're having dinner with some friends tomorrow night.
On Sunday we have a family party on Long Island - that means 3 hours in the car for a 2 hour party. Monday, no plans, we may go into the city and do something fun.
I hope everyone has a great weekend!
We don't have too much planned. We are going to NYC for a birthday party on Saturday night and Sunday is the parade in town. I am looking forward to relaxing by the pool, drinking some beers, and hanging out with friends and family.
I'm thinking Sage, Rosemary, Basil, Parsley, Thyme....any other recommendations?

I am looking forward to this weekend sooo much and I hope the weather holds out!
Tomorrow, a group of girlfriends are going to a photography class in Hoboken - it's like a walking tour and photo class. Should be fun! I just hope the rain stays away.
Sunday, like Laura, we'll be planting some flowers and fixing up our yard to get ready for the nice weather! We have to get our grill out and clean off the patio furniture. Maybe we'll grill some nice steak that night!
Monday, I hope to be at the beach!!! Yippee!
