if it falls through, and Matt ends up licensed in MA, and you still bought the house, there are hospitals about the same distance that he's driving now. Milford (where I had J) and UMass (where I had N) jump to mind immediately. I know it isn't ideal, but at the very least part of your life could continue on as currently planned

Yup, we actually got the news while we were up having lunch with him. We are cautiously optimistic but want to hear a bit more first. But it does sound good!!
One interesting complication - they will be a Roman Catholic hospital which means things like tubal ligations can no longer be done...and they have to only do Essure (female sterilization) in their office, not in the hospital...
It took 5 failed IUIs and a failed IVF, but our FET worked!
