Need a Wing Recipe
Anyone have a good one that they want to pimp? I entered a wing contest on Sunday and have a spicy apricot recipe, but just thought I'd see if anyone has one that is tried and true.

My recipe is plain and simple.
Fry the wings in oil
Drain the wings then coat in hot sauce mixture made of 3 parts Franks Red Hot to two parts melted butter.
