I tapped my chick lit website pretty much dry....
Re: book suggestions?
Im downloading The Help on my nook as we speak
I gotta get this one, I love all her books, she cracks me up. Stocking up for the beach in a few weeks.
Its good, a really quick read. I was thinking about it today when I was in home depot with A looking at some kind of sledgehammer (if you read it, you'll understand what I mean)
They crack me up. But I read them all....boooo
I just finished Dan Brown's newest book "The lost symbol" not nearly as good as Angels & Demons or Davinci code but a decent read. Pillars of the Earth and World Without End were two I really liked. I'm reading Girl with the Dragon Tattoo right now. Art of racing in the rain was a nice read although a little sad.
Have you ever read The Rule of Four? It's another Davinci code style book but interesting.
I've read a bunch from Jane Green, but actually reading Jemima J right now, almost done with it ( I think I saw this one listed in a previous post).
Usually what happens is when I find an author I like, i just read all their books right away rather than come back to them, even if its not a series.
I highly recommend anything by one of my two favorite authors: Joyce Carole Oates and Alice Hoffman.
Blackbird House by Alice Hoffman is one of my favorite books. Anything JCO writes I'm in love with. She's one of my all time favorite writers.
