Apartments in Hampton Roads?
My husband and I currently live in Hampton, near Langley AFB. We desperately want out of our terrible apartment complex. Any girls from this area know of some place better?
I'm originally from Ohio and don't know the area too well. Hampton/Newport News/Norfolk and surrounding areas are all options, as long as the rent is around or under $1000 a month.
Re: Apartments in Hampton Roads?
Whatever you do, do NOT go look at Marina Shores at Great Neck & Shore Dr. I have never had a more miserable 8 months!
I would look at Falcon Creek, Belmont at York, Featherstone and maybe SpringHouse?
There are some others on 134 that aren't too bad, but they are a bit older. A lot of people from my office like Clairmont, but that's way too far up 17 for me. You could also check the new complex on Hampton Roads Center Parkway, I believe it's on the NN side.
ETA: I also wouldn't have your sn be your full name.
