we didn't have a whole lot going on. We went out to dinner Friday w/friends. Saturday we ran some errands and went to a party. Sunday was my birthday we went to church and had meals with both sets of parents. I got to do some shopping and crafting today

We had a great Memorial Day weekend - a bbq with friends, taking in Hangover II and lots of relaxing. I did get some baking in - blondies and chocolate chip banana bread (all of which are passed off on my husband and coworkers).

It was a lonnnnnggggg weekend! Left Friday morning for Nashville, hooray for 10 hour drives in a small car!
Saturday included shopping with some family members I hadn't seen in a long time and a wedding (SO's cousin Vinni
) It was hot...dreadfully hot. Never have a wedding in a historic building that pre-dates AC, especially in May when its 95 degrees out and the cicadas are going strong.
Sunday we went and saw Hangover II, and had lunch and relaxed. It was nice to sit and put our feet up after Saturday.
Monday morning we left to come home, our 10 hour drive turned into 13 hours since 81 was closed outside of Christiansburg. From what I heard some cop shot his cheating wife, another cop shot the original cop and there was a shoot out on 81. Classy.
