maybe you didn't realize it, but it's hot out. and no a/c on in the building makes it stifling inside.
yes, i saw your colleague returning to your office on our floor with a tray of frozen slushie-like drinks. i think you should treat all tenants to them since it is so unnecessarily HOT in our building.
i'll be here all day - drop it off as soon as you can 
and turn on the a/c please!

It's 90 friggin degrees outside! How on Earth do they not have the AC turned on??
Everywhere else in this ginormous building has AC except my hallway - awesome!
