High's & Lows's From the Holiday Weekend
I figured we could get this board a little more exciting.
Tell us what your high's and low's were from the holiday weekend. 
Re: High's & Lows's From the Holiday Weekend
High's - We had family in town from Michigan and Chicago for my baby shower so it was nice to spend from Thursday until last night with everyone. Got to see my nephew everyday which was the BEST!!! I also had taken Friday and Tuesday off so I only have a 3 day week this week.
Low's - Being 8 months pregnant and having family in town made me very tired. I cant wait to go home tonight and just crash. However we stayed at DH's parents house since Thursday night last week so we have to unpack and carry all the stuff in from the shower. It was all worth it though.
Highs - Thurs. night dinner out; recovering (partially) from this nasty allergy cold; Sun. DD playdate - so cute; Sun. night friend visit; movies and wine!
Lows - Boredom; idiot drunks on the road for the holiday; stupid chest cold.
Highs - Got all of the landscaping and planting done around the house; DH and I had a really nice heart-to-heart conversation about us and I really feel like it brought us even closer.
Lows - Got nice lobster-red shoulders and back along with lots of sore muscles from the landscaping work; got in a big fight with my mom about her and dad's hypocrisy when it comes to their treatment of me versus my younger brother (most recently sleeping arrangements when visiting their house) and we subsequently scrapped our plans for spending a nice weekend visiting them.
Married Bio
Highs - Watching one of my best friends get married at sunset on the beach in Costa Rica, getting home to my babies
Lows - Getting caught in a storm out on the ocean in Costa Rica (Old Man and the Sea, anyone?), power going out in our hotel, too many bugs and holy humidity there, had a layover in Dallas on way home - AA wanted us to get to know Dallas a little better, so our flight home was cancelled - had to spend night in hotel without any of our luggage...
Oh this was an eventful weekend for me!
Highs
-bought a brand spanking new vehicle (well it's replacing H's car, not mine, but still, it's new and it's ours)
-first sonogram! Now I know that all is working and not just in my head. There is really a baby in there! It looks more like a gumby bear right now, but it's there!
Lows
-Morning sickness
-Lost my phone at Sears and they didn't find it until I had already reported it stolen and paid the non-refundable $100 replacement fee.
Highs - Meeting my BFF's new BF, spending time with friends, going to Bern's Dessert Room, getting all the crayon stains out of DS's clothes
Lows - Drying a crayon with DS's laundry, the length of time it takes DH to smoke ribs coupled with the fact that they just weren't that great
Highs: laying on the couch on Saturday. Motorcycle ride on Sunday, movie watching w/ Chris on Sunday. fishing w/ chris/dad/sister/boyfriend on Monday.
Lows: The weekend ended.
High?s-best friends in town, spent the weekend at the beach, lots of fruity drinks, seafood boil, just fantastic company!
Low?s-Honestly this weekend was soo perfect the only low is that its over an im at work BOO!
Highs - Taking all three kids to our community pool, my in-laws putting an offer on a condo on Longboat Key (it will be our little weekend getaway, make beach trips about a millions times easier), going shopping with my H and no kids since he has lost almost 20lbs
Lows - H being sick, H having to work most of Saturday and a few hours on Sunday, twins had runny noses all weekend, attempted to join the YMCA so I can start taking off all this excess weight I have been carrying around but it was closed because they refinished the floors.
Highs - Went tp the backyard BBQ on Saturday and had a pretty fun time. Monday I took Aiden to my mom's house and had hotdogs on the grill. It was a nice time!
Lows - I spent all Sunday doing homework
I have also realized how much stuff I have to go through, sort out, and pack by the end of the month and almost every Saturday this month I have wedding stuff to do 
Busy month.

My Bio
highs: spending time with the hubby. Especially when we went on a bike ride together. Seeing friends we haven't seen in forever and seeing our friends new baby. Taking DD swimming and to the park. She loves both! Cooking out with my mom. NOT working Monday! Watching movies all afternoon with DH.
low's: dealing the the IL's crap. Having to go to work on Tuesday!
Highs: H and I went on a road trip to Cooperstown (Baseball Hall of Fame), Toronto (spent some time exploring downtown and caught a Blue Jays game), Niagara-on-the-Lake (relaxed at a gorgeous B&B, shopped, drank wine) and then Niagara Falls. It was an AWESOME weekend. Best moment overall: standing under the Bridal Veil Falls at the Cave of Winds and getting absolutely drenched. Good times.

Highs:board games and wine Saturday night, really fun together at my mom's on Sunday- pool, yummy food, drinks and my awesome family, taking DD swimming for the first time, redoing DS's bedroom
Lows- H having to work Monday paired with DS waking up a grumpy mess and staying that way ALL DAY
