When Aiden and I move into my dad's house we will be sharing a room (and maybe a bed bc I'm not sure if his toddler bed will fit). Even though the situation isn't the best I still want to feel like Aiden and I have a space to our own. I have a lot of palm tree decorations and my bed comforter is brown so it will probably be pretty easy to stick with that theme. But I still want it to feel like Aiden's room too. But currently his room is cars theme with bright blues and reds. Anyone have any bright inventive ideas on how to make it flow? I wish we would have just done Aiden's room a jungle theme lol Then it would all fit together haha
**Note: I am well aware I am over thinking this but I'm just trying to focus on some of the positive things
Re: Help me with ideas (decorating related)
His nursery when he was little was jungle theme lol It was very babyish though. Maybe I can take a trip to target to take a look lol

haha The room is average size I guess but I don't think a divider would work well with how the room is (It has a built in dresser) I was thinking of just doing a little corner for him or something. Hmm. . .

I would totally have a Cars-themed room. I love Tow-mater. He's my favorite!
You need Ikea. If you go back to the jungle theme, you could put one of those giant leaf things over his bed. that kind of makes it his own space by enclosing it, sort of.
Giant leaf thing. Not bad for $15. Add a few other fun things to make it colorful and happy.
My silly Lily is almost 4.
Oooh, I like the giant leaf idea!
Good luck in your move Liz! I hope everything goes smoothly for you guys
