Seventh Anniversary 5000 Comments 500 Love Its Name Dropper

    Breakfast: Peach yogurt

Snack: A pack of pepper jack crackers

Lunch: A salad with feta cheese, croutons, and light ranch.

Snack: A pack of cracker sticks w/cheese dip

Dinner:  Oh man...here goes... chips and salsa, a giant burrito filled with chicken, steak, onions, and green peppers that came out sizzling on a dish with melted cheese and salsa.  It also came with a side of black beans and rice which I ate 90% of.  It was so delicious though and I want to go back to the restaurant right now and eat it all over again.  Nom nom nom.

I drank diet coke throughout the morning and then water the rest of the day.

Only good thing about a big dinner is that I didn't want an evening snack.

YAY! What brand did you end up getting? I'm always interested in finding out what brands are "ok"

Be on the look out for HFCS in other stuff too, it's annoying how many things it's in, but we've slowly but surely been working it out of our diet. When I look at the ingredients list now my eyes go right to it because I'm so used to watching for it.

  • Breakfast: oats n honey bars

Snack: celery and fat free ranch

    Lunch: grilled chicken, plain.

    Snack: cherries - SO GOOD!

Dinner: yup.. prepare yourself for this.. Mike was out to dinner for work so I was free to have one of my fav things to eat.......I had a potato chip sandwhich.  I loaded sour cream and onion chips squished in a wheat roll LOL.  It was so effn good.  I enjoyed every last second of it.

I've made the change of not having diet soda in the morning as my caffeine.  I'm a water girl now and I still hate it.

Haha, I can't remember.  It's from Target.  I'll have to post later.  The only thing I've found is that it's not quite as filling as our old bread was; so I'm still adjusting to that!

What other commons things have you found it in?  We switched to Greek Yogurt b/c of it.  I've also noticed that a lot of salad dressings and marinades have it.  I've switched most of those to Newman items bc often times his stuff doesn't have it.

  • Another (really) bad day for me.

Breakfast - yogurt and cinnamon rolls

Lunch - chicken salad sandwich with chips

Snack - cookie with frosting (from the bakery my lunch came from...it was so sweet I couldn't finish it)

Dinner - Santa Fe chicken wrap and fries from Chili's (so it was bound to have, what, like 2000 calories?)

A lot of jellys have it too, we actually made the switch to organic jelly bc we couldn't find any non-organic without it. We don't eat organic everything, but if we can't find a healthy enough alternative we're will to shell out a little more money. A lot of fruit juices do too, but Ocean Spray tends to be okay with not putting it in (we get cran raspberry or white cran straberry)

  • Breakfast: a bowl of honey nut chexs with 1% milk.

Snack: small "lunch pack' sized bag of crunchy Cheetos

Lunch: 2 of the little 4 packs of chicken nuggets from Burger king with ranch

late night snack: and 8oz glass of 1% milk. was going to have Oreo's but talked my self out of them.

drank water and two of the diet peach tea snapple powered mix things during the day
