Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Kindle Update

Best Buy wouldn't take back the damaged Kindle which I expected so we bought another one along with a hardcover (which I didn't have before) and a cool light that can be stored in the cover.  After suggestions from the book club board to try and call Amazon I decided to do so.  Their warranty doesn't cover accidents or damage like mine has but I gave it a try.

Guess what?!  They are sending a replacement to me for free!  I even told them what was wrong with it and that I (well DH) is completely at fault.  It will be on my doorstep Saturday!  Woohoo!  Now to return my new Kindle and get my money back.  Hope Best Buy will they take back an undamaged Kindle.
