Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Since I'm horribly sore today due to the fact that me and Dave bailed out on going to the gym for a week straight, and finally went back tuesday night....
It reminded me of the work-out discussion a few weeks ago. Did you get to try out the Spartacus work-out yet?

I'll give you lots of credit...I can't run for $hit, and if given the choice between the 2 I'd pick the spartacus work-out.
