Pro Bugs
I am getting tired of Kellen and this cough (not sure if it is allergies, or a cold, but he just got done with antibiotics again) and I wanted to try something different. Since he doesn't do chewables yet, I am wondering if anyone has heard of Pro Bugs. I bought some at HyVee today in their organic section. It said it is a probiotic whole milk kefir. I remember Dec saying something about probiotics, and I wanted to try. Can I give this to a 16 month old? Is kefir okay? Anyone experience with anything like this?
