If you're friends with Amy on FB, you could probably have her send you an invite to your email address. There are some things that you could do in that new group w/o a gmail account. At least that's what I read on the Google Groups FAQ page.

Me too.  I don't really need a private board but i also use this to help me pass the day and get advice on some things. 

I'm sort of sad that this happened.  I've been on TK and TN since 2002.

I'm still here and will continue to be here.  I love the nest.  I'm just happy that people are finally posting stuff for me to read and respond to.  I felt like everyone had left long before another board was created.  As far as rules go, I just know not to post anything that may incriminate me or my family.

Exactly. This is a public board and can be read by anyone and everyone.  You need to be careful what you want people to know.

I'm here...I guess I missed some drama?  I'm sorry that whatever happened prompted the creation of a new board, but for the ladies who have joined, just be smart about what you post (which I'm sure you all know!) - we had something similar happen w/another board of which I'm a member, and crazy trolls still found their way onto the private board.  People suck.

What kind of phone do you have, Nikki? I know that with an Android phone, you're able to post as long as you disable Java Script in your web browser. I think the same is true for the other smart phones, too.

Alicia, I have an iphone. It gives me MASSIVE issues when I try to post. I know Montana told me something at one point but it worked for me once and then never again.

If you go to the settings, go to safari, then go to java script.  turn it off.  Then go to the nest and you can post.   However, if you use safari for a google search, lets say...you have to go back to settings, and turn java back ON for this to work.  I found it to be a PIA too.
