I have done two nights of her 30 day shred and I think I might die. Now I know why all the BL contestants get sick on show...she is no joke.

It is the best workout!!! SHe is INSANE but honestly it works...I am doing that and running now...I lost great a couple of years ago before I found out I was pg with Reid.

are her workouts only 20 minutes long?
From the back of the DVD case:
One 2-minute warm-up
Three 6-minute circuits (3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute of abs)
One 2 minute cool-down
so, 20 minute work out and then the 2 minutes of cool down which include a few stretches.
