Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. 200 Sit-up challenge!!!

So ladies, how was your initial test? How many could you do? Does that put you any weeks forward or did you get to 200 (*cough*Lauren*cough*)

Ready for week 1 this week?

 (Obviously i'm an awesome person to set up this challenge on the board b/c after i got home from the Nestie GTG last night, I had to clean my whole house b/c Zig's parents were stopping over and it was a wreck....AND I FORGOT to do the inital test! Crapola!) So i'll be doing the test tonight and then starting my week 1 tomorrow...ill just do Tuesday, Wednedsay and Friday for the regular week stuff this week and go from there).

    I can do the test again and do full blown elbows to knees sit-ups instead of crunches like it says.

    My initial test was 33. It told me to start at week 3, but that scares me. So I'm just going to start from the beginning. Today I just added a few more into each set but only like 2 or 3.

  • Holy cow, Lauren you really did 200!?!? 

    I got to 60.  So I am starting at week 3.  I'm also going to do the 100 push-ups challenge.  Got to 20 on that (still starting on week one there though... I bet I could have done more but I was being a wimp lol).  

     This will be fun!

  • I got to 54...probably could've done a few more but I had walked around the zoo all day and was exhausted.  I'm thinking I will start on week 3 too...going to do tues, wed, friday for my workouts I think.
