Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I LOVE my dutch oven, I use it constantly for soups and stews in the winter. Someday I will splurge and get a nice Le Creuset one.
Ours is a 4-quart, I believe. We've fed 3 adults and 2 older kids with soup from one pot.

Butternut Squash and Roasted Red Pepper Soup
Potato Leek Soup - don't really follow a particular recipe, just go off of a few, but I use milk instead of cream and often include bacon
