I don't know about preschools.
When I lived in the area, I went to Cats on Call (vet in Scarborough), Bowdoin Medical Group (family practice doctors in South Portland), and Dr. Ray/Dr. Ryan (dentists in South Portland).
Vet- Cape Veterinary Clinic in Cape Elizabeth
DR- Dr. Kazilionis on rte 1 in S. Portland
if your willing to drive, my dh is a vet! :-) I think he's pretty amazing at what he does
BUT he is in Lyman at Southern Maine Veterinary care on Rt.111, you probably aren't wanting to drive that far, haha. He recommends the doc in cape elizabeth for friends up that way
My brother's went to LightHouse Preschool near the highschool. It's part of the Church of Nazarene. That was a long, long time ago and I still hear good things about it. My church (First Congregational Church) also has a pre school that I hear positive things about.
Our dogs have all gone to Cape Vet in South Portland - on Cottage Road. Actually, my brother just switched from his Portland Vet to the Cape Vet and is extremely glad he did.
When we moved back to Maine, my PCP had moved on to different medicine so I now go to Dr. Morgen Buehner. She's very new but I like her. I haven't tested her too much as I just had a new patient visit. She's not an OB/GYN. Because she is part of a family practice, your husband can also find a DR there, the kiddos too. She's on Foden Road.
