Baby's here!!
Hi everyone!! Most of you have already seen this on FB, but I just wanted to check in and let everyone know that my son Caelan was born on Wednesday June 1, 2011!
My water broke when I was at work on Tuesday and I went to my OB appt that evening where they confirmed that it was indeed my water. DH and I headed to the hospital. I wasn't having contractions I could feel so they started me on pitocin to strengthen them. But then the baby had 2 incidents of his heart rate dropping below 100 overnight so they turned the pit off and started talking c-section if he had another decel. Luckily he didn't! They turned the pit back on in the morning and then things got going. Around 11am-ish I got the epidural and then was finally able to catch a couple hours of sleep. When I woke up, it was time to push! About an hour and a half later, Caelan Vaughn was born! He was 7lbs 6.7 oz and 20 inches long. We are totally in love with him and his cuteness!!

Congrats and he is adorable. IMO, based on that pic, he looks a lot like you...of course that changes daily!
