need a contractor/handyman
So, we are selling our house and we are fixing some things for our buyer before settlement (namely replacing the capping on the windows and replacing the PVC piping that's coming out of the dryer - fire hazard that we never knew about).
Does anyone know of a contractor or handyman who would be willing to do small jobs for us (we need it done in the next 2-3 weeks)?
I've asked neighbors and our realtor (the guy she suggested can't do it) and I'm getting kind of desperate at this point.
