So as I posted in my Monday moan my schools budget failed the first time and the second vote is tomorrow.  I know that it is totally out of my (as well as all of your hands) but I would love some positive vibes that is passes.  Ugh I hate being in this position it's so stressful, but hopefully it will pass and I will have a job next year!

Oh sending vibes your way!  I know how this goes.

We have no contract and went through non-binding arbitration.  Tonight we voted to accept the arbitrator's contract.  Next up is the board needs to vote to accept it.  It is stressful here too.
