really easy dinner
I made this tonight and H seemed to like it. And of course anything simple to make is always a bonus around here.
1-Make rigatoni or any other tube pasta you like.
2- in a skillet combine a jar of marinara sauce with a box of small frozen meatballs (about 12 small meatballs)
3- heat up the meatballs in the marinara sauce
4- once heated stir in 1 cup of ricotta cheese
5- add pasta, stir to coat.
tastes really good and it's pretty simple. I start the sauce/meatballs about 5 minutes before the pasta is ready. Also I cooked the pasta on the lowest time since it cooks a little more when you add it to the sauce.
