I've just been really busy! I do check in once in awhile...sorry
Since I finished school in early May I went to MD for a week to visit family and do thesis research, came home for 2 days during which I had a sore throat and flu-like symptoms. Went to the doctor and they couldn't do anything. That transitioned into a cough and sore throat/lost voice, but I still felt good enough to go to Savannah and visit my sister for the holiday weekend. I came back on Monday, still sick, and had to leave Tuesday morning for my internship immersion trip to Alabama. I got back from there on Friday evening, vegged for the weekend and now have started the 9-5 portion of my internship...and yes, I'm still sick. I don't know if anyone has had a sore throat for 3 weeks before, but it sucks. I'm sleeping like sh*t because of all of the coughing at night. /pity party.
In between all of that I've been writing my thesis at night and doing some major landscaping outside. Our front bed is looking gorgeous! Now time to do some stuff around the mailbox at the top of the driveway so that when we go to sell in the future it looks all pretty and not just a mailbox stuck in the lawn with a random crepe myrtle that we inherited about 7 feet to the left.
I have time, but there's never anything here and I don't want to be a post whoar, not that I have anything to post anyway.

oh well...
Game night was good! We drank...A LOT and played apples to apples, risk, and cranium. Sometime during this MH got a call that one of his Soldiers was being "chased" by the city police. She didn't want to go to county jail so she was driving all around the area. Of course, MH had to get involved and find her. Boo! He was so pissed.

oh! and this chick who they were looking for? Yea, she's KU by (she's claiming) one of her co-workers. This is totally illegal since he is married. His wife is NINETEEN and pregnant with number two.

Ugh, I feel like whenever I tell someone OMG I have something so exciting, it ends up NOT being what they're thinking so it's no longer exciting to them... Because you know, 99% of the time they're thinking, oh you're prego, when that's so not it. It doesn't always have to be about getting pregnant!

Totally unrelated to my news... I will share that I got an A in my class this semester, and I now have a 3.9! Damn those two A-'s haha.
