I was referred to you on the D&R board. I need to get insurance for our company picnic and so far I have a quote for $343 and one for $132 (same coverage). It's such a big difference I want to just get a few more quotes. Do you know of any reputable companies/websites to use? Thanks!
Re: **JJsBride**
Hello ;-)
Is the property location requiring the insurance or your company? If its the property location...ask if they have a list of suggested insurance vendors they have worked with.
One company a friend of mine has used is Entertainment Brokers International.
I linked you to their contact page...I would just give them a call because their website is super confusing.
The $132 quote sounds great!!
I actually haven't had to deal with one day outside insurance in about 9 years because every company I have worked with as a client has had some sort of coverage through their existing insurance company.
You may want to check with your HR department first to get the name of your liability insurance co. and then you call the rep directly to explain what you need.
Hope that helps!
