Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

New siding (XP)
If you have had your siding replaced (we are going from aluminum to vinyl), how noisy was it? I just want to be prepared so I can plan stuff like naps, but I wasn't sure if it is noisy at all. Or are some stages noisier than others (like tearing off the old siding). Thanks!

I've never had siding put on/replaced but when we had our roof done it was horrible with noise and vibrations. Then again it was a total tear off.
I'd suggest having a back up plan in case it's unbearable, but it most likely won't be as bad as a roof.
