Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

PSA- DO NOT USE Service Legends

We've had nothing but horrible serivce through them, they keep charging me, after I've canceled three times! I am SOOOO not happy! Yeah it's just $20 but come on! REALLY!

I just wanted you all to be aware of them, they suck! PLUS They didn't even properly fix our furance!

  • DH works for a diffrent compnay and he has heard a lot of negative comments from costomers and other in the industry about them.  A classmate of his said that when they do a seasonal check they HAVE to find something wrong. 
  • Sorry you're having a hard time with them! We just had them out last week and they were great - They called when they were on their way out (within the time they said they'd be there when I scheduled), did a complete tune-up on our A/C, and even checked our boiler without charging us. (Nothing wrong with it.)
  • Same as tice...we have never had any problems with them.
