YAY DH got....
A RAISE!!!!! A pretty sustantial raise at that.
He knew after his probation period was over at his new job they would be evaluating him for a raise. We both had a number in mind that he would get ummm...that number was DOUBLED!
He is now making more than he was before he was laid off 2 years ago. While we never struggled for money during those 2 years it does help ease some of my worries of what if we have a baby, what if my car dies...you know the normal worries we all have.
And to be honest I think he likes making more money than me since he always did and the past 2 years I made more than him. Not saying anything is wrong with that but I do think it bothered him in away.
Who let the dawgs out?

Guys are funny that way, but I think thats in the norm about them wanting to feel like they are the bigger bread winner haha. Im so happy for you guys, and so glad everything is all working out for you
