Hey guys!!
What a week it has been! Thank you for all the well-wishes. We are doing well. Both the girls have slighlty elevated bilirubin levels, so they are both under lamps for another day or so. They are so, so tiny! Luis' fist is the size of Amelia's head.
They have regained their birth weights and my little Abby is a chunky monkey, gaining almost 3 oz. in one night! I am going write up my birth story tonight while I am pumping, and if I can get to the library (this no driving thing is really crampin' mah style) I will post it.
Amelia Kate was born at 6 PM on June 4, 2011 and weighed 4 lb 5 oz; she was 17.5 inches long. Abigail Marcia (Luis picked out her name...I'm kind of iffy on it. It's pronounced with a spanish accent.) was born at 6:15 and weighed 3 lb 10 oz and was 17 inches long.
I miss you all and can't wait to catch up. I will post pictures as soon as possible.
I have to go now, since my kangaroo time is limited and now is that time!! I will see you all later!
