As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

IWLAMP: i am at work
i got up, got dressed, did the commute and am now sitting at my desk. i feel this deserves some type of special recognition these days as i feel i never really leave. 
but i did go to the gym last night!
i have a 5k on saturday. i think the heat is really going to destory my goal of running the whole thing.

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've only been back a few weeks but it feels like I am always working!
re: the 5k. I don't know how anyone could run in this weather. You get a medal even if you walk it!
ditto. i cannot.stand.this.heat.we will most likely be staying in my apartment and maybe a movie theater this weekend.
Hopefully the rain will give you some relief from the heat for your 5k!
IWAMP- I ran this morning and barely survived and made it to work afterwards. Now I feel like bleh!
It's only supposed to be in the 80's this weekend. I can't believe that I'm saying "only". Sheesh. Hopefully it will still be in the 70's during your 5K. You are awesome for even attempting in this weather. Medal well deserved!
I will be at the pool, reading a book, enjoying the water and drinking a frosty alcoholic beverage.
